Busy Day: Part 1

From Sunday- Garrett had an exciting morning before we headed to the coast! This is his story, in his words, that he told me. He was a happy boy to spend the morning with his Papa.

I got my clothes on, I brushed my teeth, I packed up my camera (Carter says, "You mean MY camera. G!") , sweatshirt, and Boston hat. My mom drove me to the airport and on the way I saw a big plane for the water park! We drove into the airport and we walked and walked and then my mom took picture of me by my papa's airplane. Then we took off.

And then we landed. We got out of the plane and then we walked and walked to breakfast. I had (To himself, "What did I have?") I had ham, I had pancakes, and then I had seconds! (To himself, "Then what did we do?") Then we went to see all of the cool and fun cars. I saw one that had a hide-out-bed, a fridge, a cupboard, somewhere to drive, and a bunch of stuffed animals! I took a pictures of lots of hot rods, that I think another of my papas would like. (Whispers to me, "That's Papa Bill!) And then I saw lots of other kinds of cars.

So then, we went across a bridge and we went and saw the person that owns the airport. (To me, "Wait, Mom, they baked a hundred, no two hundred and eight brefexes!) And then we walked and walked back to the planes and we looked at some of the planes. We saw one that looked like Papa's. It was right next to us! But Papa told me something that was a little different. It had a bigger engine, different colors, and that plane had kind of a curve on it, and Papa's didn't.

So then, I put my earphones on and we took off. Then we got really high and we decided to do a few rolls. Then we did like 5 or 6 rolls! It was REALLY fun!

And then we landed at the airport in McMinnville. I saw my sister doing a funny wave. Then we turned around and stopped moving, got out, and my sister and brother ran to hug me. Me and my sister and my brother went over to a shady tree and sat in the dirt while my mom and Papa and my dad were talking.

It was a really fun day but I kind of missed my brother, my sister, and my mom and my dad.
