We were lucky enough to get a break in the (pouring, drenching, sideways) rain yesterday, so we ran out to the Pumpkin Patch. The first time I went there was my first year as a kindergarten teacher, we took our class on a field trip. I was pregnant with Garrett that year, and we haven't missed a year since. This year was a pretty quick visit, as we had to go to an Elite 8 (plus Average 2...wink!) function at Hannah and Merrick's, but it was fun.
I like how Joel is merely a floating head in this picture!
I am loving life as a mom and wife. I am unorganized, not the best housekeeper, and don't always make my kids wear their coats. I'm 30ish and am looking forward to the next decade. I'd like to say it can't be as crazy as the past 10 years, but we all know that just isn't true. I'm a teacher at heart, but that's on the back burner for right now. Our family has recently COMPLETED the process of adopting a baby from Ethiopia. She is amazing and we are all blessed to have each other.
I spend my days loving on my kids, driving kids around, and trying to dig out of the laundry pile that is plotting to bury my house.

I so miss the Oregon pumpkin patches! You have a great blog, Sarri.
That pic of the Gibson 5 is adorable! Perhaps even frame-worthy. =)
