Gingerbread Kid

Well, technically Gingerbread "Boy" . . .

Maddy's class put on the Gingerbread Boy play, and Miss Madeline was the Gingerbread boy himself. (Herself?) She was so sassy telling off all those farmers and village people trying to catch her.

And like a true actress she even handled the mortification of having to sit on a boy with true professionalism.

So proud of our girl!
