Hope

This time of year it's always so gray, and winter seems like it is going to last forever.

So, I always buy an amaryllis bulb kit. This gorgeous flower grows quickly, brightens the room, and reminds me that in a month I will be able to see tulip buds coming up through the cold soil.

I bought this one for $9.99 at Target in December, but you could probably get them for $3 or so now at any 'big box store' or even grocery stores. (Last year I got one for $.99 at Grocery Outlet!)
