Joel's parent's arrived Sunday night, so on Monday we went to the beach again to play and fly kites. Another gorgeous day! The big news today was that Carter (who just started walking on June 30th), finally decided that sand wouldn't hurt him. After spending over 30 minutes on the blanket near Grandma Vanita, he finally let her take him on a little walk barefoot. She has the magic touch with him for sure.
He started in her arms, and she worked him down to the blanket....

Joel was Cheif Sand Castle Designer. (I was at first, but got demoted.)
